- You must present your C-card prior to diving. You may also be requested to present your log book
- You must fill out and sign a Diver Application and Liability Form prior to diving (click to display and print form, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)

- A deposit of 50% of the total dive package is required to hold a reservation. The balance is payable in cash or travelers checks on your first day of diving. We do not take credit or debit cards for deposits or payments on the island
- Deposits can be made by personal check or PayPal (3.5% additional fee applies for PayPal). Deposit checks should be made out to and sent to Paddi Davies or John Carberry (see below)
- Once your deposit is received you will be issued a signed Diving Voucher to print and take with you to Cozumel. Click here to view and print a Diving Voucher (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
